[nSLUG] Testing whitelist rule for spamfilter (Zachariah Gibbens)

I've had issues with Microsoft (outlook.com) blacklisting my server and
it was painful to get out of that jail. I suspect one email account in
particular but since setting up the triumvirate of SPF, DKIM and DMARC
things have been good. Plus now I regularly get reports from other
servers about attemtps to spoof emails from my domains.
