[ Yeah, i skipped a5.  I had tagged it and decided to do a wee bit more
   work, and moving tags is a pita. ]

I have made some sound enhancements.  I added a bunch more sound events.

Support for gain (volume) has been added.  A sound is played at the sum of:
server requested volume (0-100)
client requested volume (0-100)
sounds.conf balance adjustment (0.0-1.0)

So a line in sounds.conf may look like this:
thrust                  zap.wav,0.3

which are the required event name and wav file name followed by
an optional comma and a float.  0.3 sez to play at 30% of volume.

It's interesting to see the couple of ancient bugs in the server's
sound handling now that it is actually being used :)

I stuffed up Linux `make install` for sound.  That is fixed.
I moved the maxVolume config widget to be first in the list.

I also did a bunch of updating to the web pages.
