ATA6 is a hard drive plugged into ATA plug #6  that "frozen" in the is a 
big problem

'hard resetting link' means that all your hardware backup systems have 
been invoked.

Either the disk is not spinning fast enough (not enough juice coming 
from the power supply)
You can test that by putting the hard drive in a known working computer
or
the performance of the disk is inadequate ... we used to call it kakked. 
Replace yesterday.
