[nSLUG] Bell FibreOP port blocking

Many ISPs and hosting providers block 25 to eliminate SPAM. Some of them
will even tell you that they do it. (Eastlink Residential service blocks
it, but usually doesn't tell you)

I haven't heard of anyone blocking 22 though.
