[nSLUG] 28 backspace hack

I have tried this at home with Debian 8 and it does not cause the described
behaviour with the kdm login screen.

Of course with physical access we've always been able to get in by a reboot
to USB key or CDROM, so it is just a quirk permitting a different method of
access.
