[nSLUG] Common mail queue filesize limit?

Top posting like the response...

I'd rather users get an immediate bounce back rather than
email disappear into oblivion or have a delayed non-delivery message.
Thus I'm seeking out what the common limit is today.  If the plumbing
is the same everywhere, this works best and people can dropbox
the rest.
