[nSLUG] New Nova Scotia Open Source mirror, mirror.its.dal.ca

Seems like the DNS entry for mirror.its.dal.ca is gone missing today.
I get "Could not resolve 'mirror.its.dal.ca'" during "apt-get update".
Same thing using the "host" command on my linux laptop:

> Host mirror.its.dal.ca not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)
Can you fix this, please?
