Look under fd.  There will be a limited number of file descriptors to
check, so just look through them until you find something looking like
your file. In my testfile example, lsof identified the cat process as
pid 12523, so:

synrg at lear:~$ cat /proc/12523/fd/1
blah

It's file descriptor 1 in this case because it is stdout.  For you, it
may be different, depending on whether stdout was redirected to the
file, or it was opened separately.
