What does this part do?

 \[\e]0;\u@\H: \w\a\]

I tried it, and it looked identical to my usual prompt (which is the
"\u@\h:\w$ " part).

It's the "we have to compete with windows and make things look glitzy
& hang the usability" syndrome...
