[nSLUG] EastLink hijacking DNS

A co-worker says he has seen the special web page so perhaps the
feature did make it to the valley.

Perhaps I didn't understand what was meant by DNS hijacking.
I thought it was in regard to DNS lookups from your own DNS
server.  Do any of you seeing the problem run your own DNS server?
Perhaps that would be a solution that doesn't rely on whatever
Eastlink is doing for opt in/out.
