The posting on that blog is interesting as well. "The flap heard around
the world" show how one misbehaving network can break the Internet. The
previous post, "The adventurous parts of the Internet," asks if badly
behaving networks should pay for the problems they cause. It concludes
that such networks should be tolerated even if they cause problems for
others.
