Plain text wrapped at 72-80 chars is always best. This format is
lightweight and always works. Mixed Multipart with HTML and plain text
parts are fine. I think even the ancient elm email reader can deal with
mixed-multipart. HTML only sucks. I would not be surprised if it was
dumped to the bit bucket.
