Yeah, looks that way. Thanks.

]$ pwd
/usr/src/kernels/2.6.9-55.EL-hugemem-i686/include/linux
]$ grep -ir "nforce3" *
include/linux/pci_ids.h:#define PCI_DEVICE_ID_NVIDIA_NFORCE3 0x00d1
include/linux/pci_ids.h:#define PCI_DEVICE_ID_NVIDIA_NFORCE3S 0x00e1
include/linux/pci_ids.h:#define PCI_DEVICE_ID_NVIDIA_NFORCE3_IDE 0x00d5
include/linux/pci_ids.h:#define PCI_DEVICE_ID_NVIDIA_NFORCE3S 0x00e1
include/linux/pci_ids.h:#define PCI_DEVICE_ID_NVIDIA_NFORCE3S_SATA 0x00e3
include/linux/pci_ids.h:#define PCI_DEVICE_ID_NVIDIA_NFORCE3S_IDE 0x00e5
include/linux/pci_ids.h:#define PCI_DEVICE_ID_NVIDIA_NFORCE3S_SATA2 0x00ee

I'll revise my plans and try installing the latest centOS on the AMD nforce3 'board more or less just for curiosity's sake. (The above was from another machine). If all goes well, the soyo board gets WinXP instead of fc9. :)

Wish Me Luck,
--L.
