In a sense - the "resistor" is the wire itself -- a helix of a fine
copper filament wrapped around some fiber, all embedded in vinyl.
You'll feel numerous bumps in the blanket itself; these are
overtemperature fusible links which keep it from overheating if the
control fails in the "on" position, or you do something profoundly
stupid like plug in the blanket and turn it on "high" while it's
folded up inside an insulated box.
