[nSLUG] OFFTOPIC

This is like watching a soap or survivor. Nothing happens, nobody cares in
the final analysis but nobody can stop replying. I agree that when going off
topic adding off-topic to the subject is a good idea but who remembers when
they are in a hurry to make a point. So lets adopt that and politely remind
the offenders when it pops up

That would certainly be a step in the right direction.
