[nSLUG] Eastlink problems

Yeah it was strange. I think it depended on the netblock your IP was in. I
think their return route was dropped in some routers down the pipe?? From my
connection I couldn't get to 5 sites I normally could. However, my gf's
parents on the other side of the city on Eastlink could get them just fine.
