I habitually do not disclose that I'm using Linux. I just nod along
saying "yup" as they tell me to click on Start -> Control Panel, etc.
Then when they get to the the information that I need need (the servers)
I note it, tell them it's working fine and hang up.
I find it's just easier that way.
