lsof -ni TCP
Look for apache and check it's not bound to localhost or similar. Should
read "TCP *:10001 (LISTEN)" if it's listening on all ports, or "TCP
127.0.0.1:10001 (LISTEN)" if it's bound to localhost. Edit the Apache
config as appropriate. Probably virtualhost config not right.
