Does user tsd have a non-executable shell such as/bin/false, or wonkiness 
in a bashrc or similar? You may need to do something like:

su -m -c "cd /opt/tss2_rc2 && ./teamspeak2-server_startupscript $1" -s /bin/bash tsd
