I don't use this stuff, but does PXE-T01 ask your server for
(specifically) /tftpboot/lts/vmlinuz-2.6.9.ltsp-3 ?

If so, is that the file not found? Then I get to ask the obvious
questions, is it where it is supposed to be? chroot environment perhaps?

What does tftp say about things because that is where it appears to be
failing.  The "/etc/shells" gotcha for FTP maybe?
