[nSLUG] difficulty with ltsp

Hard to say precisely, but I'd check that everything
is correct in pxelinux.cfg/default

Files are listed with paths relative to the directory containing
pxelinux.cfg directory.

Perhaps the initrd mentioned in default isn't found.  Another thing
to check is whether NFS is being made available to the LTSP
client.

If you are not using default, then perhaps it is a failure to
find a match for your client's MAC address, but given that
you show the kernel loading, it doesn't seem to be the issue.
