If Rolana is having mail from Rowan bounced into the Spam folder, it may
be because the first hop of the Received header in Rowan's mail has a HELO
from RFC1918 space:
Received: from blk-222-13-130.eastlink.ca (HELO [192.168.1.228])
(184.108.40.206) by ip04.eastlink.ca with ESMTP;

Add in the fact that 220.127.116.11 is more than likely on a DUL somewhere
and I would guess that that is the reason the mail probably scored enough
to push it into the spam folder.
