Brutal fact; a company which provides physical hosting in Nova Scotia is going to be a lot more expensive and less reliable, and less performant than one which uses a central (from a network point-of-view) neutral co-hosting facility.

If they spend enough money to match the network reliability, they will be very much more expensive rather than just "a lot more expensive".

If they spend enough money to match the network speed too, they will be stupidly, crazily more expensive rather than just "very much more expensive".

Bottom line, even a company which is owned and run locally is likely to:

1. be hosting boxes elsewhere

Or

2. not be in the budget market

Or

3. not have very smart customers

Cheers,

Andrew
