[nSLUG] Eastlink & Aliant Connections on One Machine

I don't know if this is very current, but here is a HOWTO on
Linux Advanced Routing and Traffic Control, which is
probably the stuff you need to read:


(scroll down a bit and you'll see links to ASCII, HTML, PS,
etc. forms of the documentation.
